From the BMC Toys CLASSIC ARMY MEN COLLECTOR SERIES, another old favorite from the golden age of plastic toys rides again. This 15 piece set of riding horses includes 5 each Black, White, and Brown horses with molded-in saddles and reins. All horses are the same pose standing 2.6 inches tall x 3.25 inches long (including tail) x6 inch wide (at saddle), and made from slightly stiff HDPE plastic with just a little flashing. These horses are hollow underneath and the inside legs are flat. Scale is approximately 1:40 (45mm) and Originally produced by LIDO around the mid 1950s, then later Joy Toy, and possibly TootsieToy, Strombecker, Tim Mee Toy / Processed Plastic Company as the molds were passed down through multiple company acquisitions and mergers. This new production is manufactured using the original molds. This is a set of real American Made toys, meant to be set up, knocked over, picked up, and played with for many years to come. Packed in polybag bag with label and recommended for ages 5 and up.
