From the Classic Army Men Collector Series, BMC Toys brings the American Revolution to life. This 21 piece Set includes a Rider and horse, 5 Colonial Loyalist Civilians, 2 lanterns, and a variety of furniture and accessories. Figures stand up to 2.2 inches tall and are made from flexible LDPE Red color plastic with very little flashing and lots of detail. The riding horse is made from Polypropylene Cream-White color plastic with just a little flashing. Accessories are made from slightly stiff Coal-Black color HDPE plastic. Pieces include chair. rocker, 3 stools, 2 benches, table, 2 lanterns, spinning wheel, musket stack, cast iron kettle, and horse hitching post. This Set includes what are often referred to as 'Colonial Characters' and 'Revolutionary War Accessory Group' They were first offered in the 1950s by Louis Marx and Co. and were included in a number of their legendary Playsets spanning many years including several Revolutionary War theme Sets. This new production is manufactured using the original plastic injection tools. Perfect for a historical diorama, as a stand alone miniature Set, or a welcome addition to any 1:32 scale American War for Independence Playset. This is a Set of real American Made toys, meant to be set up, knocked over, picked up, and played with for many years to come. An original story about the 'real' history of this famous 'The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere' is included on the back of the package insert.
