BMC Toys: COVID-19 Status: October 2020

Posted by Jeff Imel on

BMC Toys has been able to operate without too much interruption throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Orders within the USA have been arriving with occasional minor delays or tracking errors, but longer delays are expected as we get closer to the holiday shopping season.

Shipments to Canada through USPS seem to be arriving in a reasonable amount of time so normal service has resumed. USPS shipments are still experiencing extended delays to overseas locations so I've enabled FedEx as the only option for shipping outside of North America. The cost of International shipping has gone crazy, so I don't recommend it unless it's an item you really really want:

  • Due to COVID-19 please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
  • Recipient will be responsible for any VAT, tariffs, taxes, and/or duties.
  • Please make certain your country is accepting deliveries from the USA.
  • International shipping charges are non-refundable.

All of the factories we work with are taking COVID-19 precautions. A lot of production time was lost earlier this year, but everyone is working hard to catch up. Shipments of restock and new items continue to arrive as we stock up for the holiday season.

Tanks' for all your support.

Stay well,

Jeff at BMC Toys
