Here's a summary of what's going on with current BMC Toys production: The container with restocks of D-Day Playsets and other popular items from the American Heroes Collection is in California and scheduled to arrive at our warehouse within the next couple of weeks. It also includes a limited production of the German King Tiger Tank in tan color: The shipment that's about to arrive from China should keep everything available through December, but I'll need to place a new order soon to keep popular items in stock into next year. The US government has plans to add 25% tariffs...

It's been a while since I've posted a blog update, but the schedule has been so jam packed with production and stuff in progress I've barely had time to come up for air. Hold on to your  helmets... Let's start with the main BMC Toys product line, the 'American Hero Collector Series' that includes the D-Day and Iwo Jima Playsets. The fall shipment arrived over a month late due to port congestion, but the products were as popular as ever, and several popular items have, or will soon run out of stock. New restock production is in progress and scheduled...

Way back in 2015 when I began the process of purchasing BMC Toys, I was given a list of 'Active' molds. The list included everything that was in the BMC Toys product line in 2014, but was missing some items that had been discontinued for a few years. I already knew that the molds for the original Alamo, Yorktown, Gettysburg and Little Big Horn playsets would not be part of the sale (but that's another story). The new batch of BMC Toys has been so well received I'm already finalizing a new production order that should arrive around February 2018. D-Day Normandy sets will likely sell out by early December, and Utah Beach might run out before Christmas. It's too early to tell if anything else in the new lineup will run out before the big day, but I'll do my best to keep the blog posted with regular stock updates as the holiday shopping season progresses. The new production of BMC Toys has been in stock for just a short time and thankfully, the products are just as popular as ever. Item #40009 D-Day Normandy Playset will likely be out of stock very soon, and #40027 Utah Beach will probably run out before Christmas.
